Terms of Use and Service

1. What the website is for

The website allows people invited by the organization to confirm attendance at the games listed in their invitation. It does not sell tickets and is not the entry channel to the arena.

It is important to distinguish three steps:

• Attendance confirmation: the record, made by you on this website, that you intend to attend a game authorized in your invitation.
• Ticket delivery: done later by the organization's staff, through the contact channels provided. The confirmation alone is not a ticket.
• Entry to the event: depends on the ticket and on the access rules of the venue and the organization.

2. Personal invitation and authorized games

• Each invitation is personal, issued by the organization in the name of a guest, and indicates the games for which confirmation is allowed.
• You can only confirm attendance at the games in your invitation that are open for confirmations.
• The guest's name is set by the organization and cannot be changed in the form.

3. Invitation code: use, validity and revocation

• The code has 16 characters and is personal. Do not share it: anyone with the code can access your invitation form.
• The invitation has an expiry date set by the organization. After that date, the code stops working.
• The organization may revoke an invitation or generate a new code; in that case, the previous code stops working immediately. Revocation does not cancel confirmations already recorded.
• After the code is validated, access to the form stays open for a limited time (up to 20 minutes of inactivity and 2 hours at most). After that, just enter the code again.
• To protect the service, there is a check against automated access (Google reCAPTCHA) and a limit on attempts.

4. Your data and your companion

• You are responsible for providing your email, phone and, if applicable, your companion's name correctly and up to date. Incorrect data may prevent contact about the ticket.
• Bringing a companion is only possible for the games where your invitation allows it. The permission applies per game and is set by the organization.
• When you provide the companion's name, share the Privacy Policy with them.

5. Confirmation for one or several games

• You can confirm one game or all the available games in your invitation at once. Each game creates a separate confirmation.
• Each invitation allows one confirmation per game. A game already confirmed cannot be confirmed again through the form.
• If a game stops accepting confirmations while you are filling in the form, the confirmation for that game is not recorded and you are notified.

6. Cancellation and support

The form does not allow you to cancel a confirmation. To cancel, correct data or ask questions, contact support: alyson.gama@basquetebrasil.org.br. Cancellations are recorded by the organization's staff.

7. Ticket delivery record

When the staff send the ticket, they record the delivery in the panel. This record is an internal control of the organization: it does not prove that the message was delivered or opened and does not guarantee entry to the event. If you do not receive the ticket, contact support.

8. Access to the event

The rules for access to the game venue are not defined by this website.

9. Prohibited uses

It is not allowed to: use other people's codes without authorization; guess or test codes; bypass the security check or the attempt limits; automate submissions; try to access the administration panel or other people's data without authorization; or interfere with the operation of the website. Such attempts may be blocked and may lead to revocation of the invitation, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

10. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, images and texts shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the event. They may not be copied or reused without authorization.

11. Availability and changes

The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures or the end of the confirmation period. The organization may change dates, games and service rules; when this happens, these terms will be updated with a new version and date. Each confirmation records the version of the terms accepted at the time.
