Cookie Notice
Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include the browser's local storage and third-party scripts. This notice lists everything the website uses, what it is for and how long it lasts.
1. Summary
- The website uses only strictly necessary technologies to work and to protect itself.
- We do not use analytics (audience measurement) or advertising cookies, nor advertising pixels.
- For this reason, we do not show a banner asking for acceptance: there are no optional cookies to allow or refuse.
- The only third-party service is Google reCAPTCHA, loaded only when you start typing the invitation code.
2. Public page (guests)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
cbb_sid | This website | Keeps the form session: protection against forged submissions, the temporary link to the validated invitation and the chosen language. | Strictly necessary | Until the browser is closed; the link to the invitation expires within 2 hours. | First party |
_GRECAPTCHA and other Google data | Google (reCAPTCHA) | Risk analysis to tell people apart from automated access when the code is validated. Google may also read its own cookies already in your browser and use local storage in the verification frame. | Strictly necessary (security) | Set by Google | Third party |
About reCAPTCHA: the check protects code validation against automated attempts and is required to confirm attendance. To reduce contact with Google, it is not loaded when the page opens: only when you interact with the code field or the verification area. Visitors who only view the page do not trigger reCAPTCHA. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms of Service.
The document pages (including this one) do not set cookies and do not load third-party content. The website fonts are served by the website itself.
3. Administration panel (organization staff)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
cbb_admin | This website | Authenticated panel session. | Strictly necessary | Until the browser is closed; ended after 30 minutes of inactivity or 8 hours at most. | First party |
cbb_admin_pre | This website | Protection of the login and password recovery forms against forged submissions. | Strictly necessary | Until the browser is closed | First party |
cbbAdminCollapsed (local storage) | This website | Remembers whether the user collapsed the side menu. It is only stored when the user collapses or expands the menu; it does not identify the person and is not used for tracking. | Functional (user-set preference) | Until deleted in the browser | First party |
4. How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary cookies prevents the form from working (for example, code validation and attendance confirmation) and the panel login. Blocking Google's cookies may prevent the security check and, therefore, code validation.
As there are no optional cookies, there are no preferences to configure on this website. If optional technologies (such as audience measurement) are added in the future, they will only be enabled after your choice, and this notice will be updated with a new version.
